When you call a phone number that uses CallConvert, you will hear an announcement that the call may be recorded. By staying on the line after the announcement, you agree to the recording of the call. If you do not agree to the recording, you must end the call.
Use of Recordings
Recordings may be used for the following purposes:
Quality assurance
Troubleshooting and diagnostics
Record-keeping and documentation
Compliance with applicable laws
Providing call logs and recordings to the client who owns the phone number you contacted

Access to Recordings
Recordings are made available to the business or client associated with the number you dialed. They may use or review these recordings for their internal purposes.
Legal Compliance
CallConvert records calls in accordance with applicable United States call recording and consent laws. The caller is notified of call recording through a recorded announcement at the start of the call.
